Its texture comes partly from crushed cocoa-bean shells, a by-product of chocolate production. The result is a soft, natural surface that looks calm from a distance and has gentle depth up close. Like the rest of the Marmoleum range, it is made mostly from natural, renewable ingredients such as linseed oil, wood flour, jute and limestone, and its double UV-cured Topshield finish means it needs no initial polish and is easy to keep clean.

Best for: Offices, hospitality and restaurants, retail, schools and any project focused on sustainable, bio-based materials and a warm, natural look.

Colors

Marmoleum Cocoa comes in 16 colors, from creamy whites and warm browns to soft blues, greens and a bright turmeric yellow:

Whites and creams: White Chocolate 3584, Meringue 3590, Stracciatella 3585, Panna Cotta 3595

Browns and warm neutrals: Milk Chocolate 3580, Earl Grey Chocolate 3582, Salted Caramel 3592, Hummus 3596, Chia Seeds 3594, Black Tea 3591

Blues, greens and yellows: Chocolate Blues 3583, Indigo Milk 3586, Curcuma 3587, Eucalyptus 3588, Nori 3589, Matcha 3593

Screen colors vary, so request free samples before you choose.

Why Choose Marmoleum Cocoa

Fine, natural grain that includes upcycled cocoa-bean shells

Made mostly from natural, renewable materials and 100% USDA Certified BioBased

Topshield double UV-cured finish that needs no initial polish and is easy to clean

Class 1 fire rating (ASTM E648) for commercial interiors

Contributes to LEED v4.1 and LEED v5 credits

Limited 30-year warranty

How Sheet Linoleum Is Sold

Marmoleum Cocoa is a 2.5 mm (1/10") sheet in rolls 79" (2 m) wide and 105 ft long.
