Instead of a marble, each color is built from fine, parallel streaks that run the length of the roll, giving the floor a subtle grain that reads a little like brushed wood or woven fabric. Because the lines have a direction, Striato can be laid to lead the eye down a corridor or across an open room. Like every Marmoleum sheet, it is made mostly from natural, renewable raw materials such as linseed oil, wood flour, jute and limestone, and its double UV-cured Topshield finish means it is ready for traffic right after installation and easy to keep clean.

Best for: Corridors and hallways, schools and universities, healthcare and senior living, offices, retail and any space where a directional, low-emission floor helps guide people through the room.

Colors

Marmoleum Striato comes in 16 colors, from pale, chalky neutrals to deep stone greys and a few warm accents:

Whites and light neutrals: Ivory Shades 5252, Sandy Chalk 5257, Rocky Ice 5232, Withered Prairie 5217

Greys and charcoals: Compressed Time 5225, Urban Silver 5248, Stonehenge 5249, Cliffs of Moher 5231, Black Glacier 5251

Earth tones and greens: Desert Sand 5255, Silt Stone 5256, Welsh Moor 5218, Trace of Nature 3573

Color accents: Blue Basalt 5250, Bleached Gold 5253, Red Horse 5254

Screen colors vary, so request free samples before you choose.

Why Choose Marmoleum Striato

Directional linear pattern that adds movement and helps with wayfinding

Fine streaked texture that helps hide everyday soil and scuffs

Made mostly from natural, renewable materials and 100% USDA Certified BioBased

Topshield double UV-cured finish for easy cleaning and lower maintenance

Class 1 fire rating (ASTM E648) for commercial interiors

Limited 30-year commercial warranty

How Sheet Linoleum Is Sold

Marmoleum Striato is a 2.5 mm (1/10") sheet in rolls about 79" (2 m) wide and up to 105 ft long.
