The polish turns a normally rugged industrial visual into something more refined, bouncing daylight across the room and giving the gray and cream cement tones a soft glow. Compared with the matte 12x24, it is the dressier option for living areas, offices and wall installations, and its rectangular format is easier to set on vertical surfaces than the larger polished 24x24.

Best for: Living rooms, home offices, dining areas, bathroom walls, shower surrounds, foyers and fireplace surrounds.

Colors

Pearl 00150: pale gray with a polished sheen that brightens north-facing rooms.

Creme 00200: a cream base that looks like burnished plaster once it is polished.

Gunmetal 00500: deep gray with a glossy face that reflects pendant lights like a lacquered surface.

Why Choose Trace Polished 12x24

Polished finish that reflects light and makes rooms feel larger

Shaw-listed wet DCOF of 0.42 or higher

Rated frost resistant for exterior walls and covered areas

0.394" thick porcelain with a break strength of 292 lbf or greater

Water absorption of 0.50% or less, so spills stay on the surface

Moderate (V2) shading that keeps a polished floor from looking flat

Where to Install

Use Trace Polished 12x24 on floors and walls throughout the house: living and dining rooms, foyers, powder rooms, bathroom walls and fireplace surrounds. Polished tile shows water more than matte, so a rug at sinks and exterior doors is a smart addition.
