Coral Brush Commercial Entrance Flooring Sheet by Forbo

Coral Brush is a heavy-duty textile entrance floor built to stop dirt and moisture at the door. Its face mixes three kinds of yarn, each with its own job: absorbent capillary yarns soak up water from wet shoes, stiffer scraping yarns pull grit out of treads, and textured yarns give the surface its durability. The yarn is solution-dyed polyamide of recycled origin (Econyl), set on a solid Everfort vinyl backing that lies flat and is waterproof, so the sheet can stand up to intensive wet cleaning.

Best for: Main entrances and vestibules of schools, offices, healthcare facilities, retail stores and public buildings, along with the lobbies and corridors that follow them.

How Coral Entrance Flooring Is Sold

Coral Brush is a 9 mm (0.354") sheet in rolls about 79" (2 m) wide plus edging (about 80.7" overall) and about 90.22 ft (27.5 m) long, roughly 65.78 sq yd per roll. It is cut to the length your entrance needs and quoted by the square yard. Send us your entrance dimensions and we will help you plan cuts and quantities. Need a finished mat instead of a full sheet install? Custom-size Coral entrance mats are available by quote.

Because sheet is cut to your order, cut sheet goods are not returnable. Please confirm colors with samples and measurements with your installer before ordering.

Installation and Supplies

Coral Brush sheet is a glue-down floor installed by a flooring professional, with trimmed edges butted tight at the seams and rolled into wet adhesive. Installation supplies are sold only with a Coral flooring order and are included in your quote.

• Adhesive: Forbo 660 adhesive, as listed on the Coral Brush technical data sheet and in Forbo's Coral sheet installation guide.
• Trowel: 1/16" x 1/16" x 1/16" square notch, per the Coral sheet installation guide.
• Care: daily vacuuming plus periodic hot water extraction, following Forbo's Coral floor care guidelines.

Specifier Tips

Plan Coral Brush as the second line of defense inside the doors, after an outdoor scraper such as Coral Grip, and give it enough length that most people take several steps across it before reaching the main floor. Darker shades like Vulcan Black or Charcoal Grey hide soil best at busy doors, while the blues, greens and Vintage Red can pick up a brand or interior accent color.
