Shipping Options & Costs

All flooring orders ship via LTL freight due to the weight and size of full cartons and pallets. Every product line offers two ways to receive your order: a lower-cost commercial delivery or freight-terminal pickup (requires a forklift or loading dock), or a full-service residential delivery with a lift gate that lowers the pallet to the ground at your home. Quick Reference: Shipping Costs by Category

  • Coretec, Shaw & Anderson Tuftex: $99 commercial/freight pickup, $199 residential (orders over 250 sq ft)
  • Amorim Wise: $199 commercial/freight pickup (or free pickup at our Wisconsin or Washington warehouses), $300 residential
  • Carpet: $199 flat-rate commercial (orders over 20 linear ft); residential is quoted individually due to weight restrictions
  • Tesoro Wood: $149 commercial/freight pickup, $249 residential
  • Marmoleum: $75 commercial delivery, $149 residential

Commercial delivery and freight-terminal pickup require a verified business address with standard business hours and either a forklift or a loading dock. Residential delivery includes a lift gate to lower your pallet to the ground, and — if you have a flat, paved driveway — the driver can typically wheel it into your garage with a pallet jack. Carrying cartons into the house isn't included with either option.
