It provides a more simple installation with greater durability as an alternative to glue down LVT, solid locking LVT, or laminate flooring. The Coretec One Plus has our innovative COREtec core structure making COREtec One Plus 100% waterproof, so it can be installed in wet areas and will never swell when exposed to water. COREtec One Plus is inert and dimensionally stable, which is a technical way of saying it doesn't take on moisture and it won’t expand or contract under normal conditions. Furthermore, COREtec One Plus never needs expansion strips in large rooms or transition areas.

The new Coretec One Plus has the great price point of the Coretec One but now comes with the convenient attached cork backing.  The Wood plastic composite core gives you the excellent acoustic qualities combined with a great feeling under foot.  The new Coretec One Plus is slightly thinner than the standard Coretec Plus at 6.5 mm thick or approx. 1/4" you will get a high quality floor at an amazing price point.   Coretec One Plus has a 12 mil surface wear layer.
