COREtec Originals Enhanced Hartley Pecan 7"x60"

COREtec Originals Enhanced Hartley Pecan — 7" x 60" Honey Pecan Vinyl Plank

Hartley Pecan is a honey-toned pecan vinyl plank in COREtec's Originals Enhanced line, style VV855-05063, made with a 100% waterproof foamed core and a 12 mm overall thickness. Pecan visuals carry more color swing than oak, and this one moves between light and dark boards for a rustic, collected feel. Every 7" x 60" plank has cork attached to the back for a warmer, quieter floor.

Best for: Farmhouse kitchens, cabins, family rooms and mudrooms where lively plank variation is part of the charm.

The Look

Hartley Pecan reads as a warm honey pecan with lively light-and-dark variation from board to board. Expect a mix of lighter and deeper planks across the room; that contrast is what gives the floor its handmade, reclaimed character.

Why Choose COREtec Originals Enhanced Hartley Pecan?

• High-variation honey pecan visual that hides daily wear
• Long 60" boards that showcase the pecan grain
• Water won't warp or buckle the foamed WPC core
• UV acrylic topcoat over a 20 mil wear layer
• Backed by COREtec's waterproof, petproof limited warranty

Installation

Lay Hartley Pecan as a click-together floating floor or glue it down in full spread. Because pecan varies a lot from plank to plank, open and mix several cartons as you go so light and dark boards spread evenly. COREtec requires a flat subfloor (3/16" in 10 feet) and an expansion gap at walls and fixed objects.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Hartley Pecan have a lot of color variation? Yes. It is a high-variation pecan, with noticeably lighter and darker boards mixed together. Blend planks from several cartons during installation for the most natural spread.

Will water damage Hartley Pecan? Topical water will not swell or warp it; the foamed core is 100% waterproof. Wipe up standing water promptly, since COREtec's warranty excludes flooding and leaks from plumbing or appliances.

Can I install Hartley Pecan in a sunroom or cabin that is not heated year-round? COREtec allows floating installs in three-season spaces from 32°F to 100°F. Glue-down installations need a conditioned space between 55°F and 85°F.

What warranty comes with Hartley Pecan? In a home, Hartley Pecan is covered for life under COREtec's limited residential terms; in a business the term is ten years (commercial limited). It also holds GREENGUARD Gold certification.
