Coretec Plus Grande Lotte Oak 9" x 82"

COREtec Originals Premium Grande Lotte Oak — Traditional Oak Vinyl Plank in 28"/55"/82" Lengths

Lotte Oak is a traditional oak-look vinyl plank in COREtec Originals Premium Grande, with moderate color and grain variation from board to board. The 15 mm plank uses COREtec's 100% waterproof foamed core and a 30 mil wear layer; the series was sold until recently as COREtec Plus Grande.

Best for: Traditional and transitional homes, dining rooms and hallways that see daily foot traffic.

The Look

Lotte Oak is a traditional oak visual with moderate color and grain variation: enough movement to feel like real hardwood, but not so much that it competes with rugs and furniture. The enhanced painted bevel adds a subtle outline to each long board.

Why Choose Lotte Oak?

• Balanced, moderate variation suits most décor
• Traditional oak look in an oversized format
• 30 mil wear layer for busy households
• Ships ready to install, with no acclimation wait
• Lifetime limited residential coverage

Installation

Float or glue Lotte Oak above, on or below grade. Before you start, confirm the subfloor is flat to within 3/16" over 10 feet and dry. Acclimation is not required, so installation can begin as soon as the cartons arrive.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much variation does Lotte Oak have? Moderate. You'll see color and grain shifts between boards, typical of a traditional oak visual.

How do I prepare the subfloor for Lotte Oak? It should be clean, dry and flat within 3/16" over 10 feet. COREtec's WPC installation instructions, linked in the specs below, cover each subfloor type.

What wear layer does Lotte Oak have? 30 mil, topped with a UV acrylic finish.

Is Lotte Oak waterproof? Yes, COREtec calls the construction 100% waterproof. Its warranty covers topical moisture, not flooding or standing water from leaks.

Can I order fewer cartons than I need and add later? We recommend ordering the full amount plus 8% overage at once so the boards come from the same production run.
