Coretec Plus Grande Makkah Oak 9" x 82"

COREtec Originals Premium Grande Makkah Oak — Light Neutral Oak Waterproof Flooring

COREtec Grande Makkah Oak is a light, neutral-toned oak-look luxury vinyl plank with a waterproof foamed core and a 15 mm profile. It's part of COREtec Originals Premium, formerly branded COREtec Plus Grande, and its long 9"-wide boards suit both modern and traditional rooms.

Best for: Neutral, minimalist interiors, rental units and homes being prepared for sale.

The Look

Makkah Oak is a light, neutral traditional oak. It sits between warm and cool, so it works with white trim, grey walls or warm wood furniture. The mixed board lengths keep the floor from looking repetitive.

Why Choose Makkah Oak?

• Light neutral tone that works with most color schemes
• Mixed plank lengths for a natural layout
• COREtec's patented waterproof foamed core
• Pre-attached cork for warmth and sound reduction
• GREENGUARD Gold certified

Installation

Makkah Oak floats or glues on any grade. Use a 1/4" expansion space around rooms under 2,500 sq ft and 1/2" in larger areas. COREtec recommends Shaw 200 or an equivalent adhesive if you choose a glue-down install.
