Coretec Plus Grande Toasted Mocha Oak 9" x 82"

COREtec Originals Premium Grande Toasted Mocha Oak — Dark Brown Oak Waterproof Plank

Toasted Mocha Oak is the darkest of the Grande colors we stock: a rich, dark brown oak-look vinyl plank with warm undertones. It's 15 mm thick, 100% waterproof and comes in 9" boards up to 82" long as part of COREtec Originals Premium, previously branded COREtec Plus Grande.

Best for: Formal living rooms, studies and rooms with light walls and cabinetry that need contrast.

The Look

COREtec describes Toasted Mocha Oak as rich, dark brown with warm undertones evoking roasted coffee and sun-aged wood, adding natural warmth, sophistication and timeless elegance. Against white cabinets or pale walls it creates strong contrast.

Why Choose Toasted Mocha Oak?

• Rich dark brown oak with warm undertones
• Strong contrast with light cabinets and walls
• Long boards suit large, formal rooms
• COREtec's 30 mil wear layer
• Lifetime limited residential warranty

Installation

Toasted Mocha Oak floats or glues on any grade. Leave 1/4" around the perimeter for rooms under 2,500 sq ft. Dark floors show dust more readily than mid-tones, so plan on regular dry sweeping as part of COREtec's care routine.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Toasted Mocha Oak a dark floor? Yes. COREtec calls it rich, dark brown with warm undertones, the deepest of the Grande shades on our site.

Will a dark vinyl floor show dust? Darker floors show dust and pet hair more readily than mid-tones. Regular sweeping or vacuuming on a hard-floor setting keeps it looking clean.

What is the warranty on Toasted Mocha Oak? Homes get COREtec's Lifetime limited residential warranty; businesses are covered by a 10-year commercial limited warranty.

Can I install it below grade? Yes. COREtec rates its WPC planks for on, above and below grade installation.

Can I order samples? Yes. We send up to three free COREtec samples, which is the best way to see how dark this shade looks in your room.
