Waterproof Rigid Core

COREtec Pro floors are 100% waterproof, and the rigid SPC core holds up to heavy foot traffic and furniture. Essex Maple is rated for installation above, on or below grade, so it works in kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms and basements.

Comfort Underfoot and Installation

The attached cork underlayment makes Essex Maple quieter and warmer underfoot, with no separate underlayment to buy. It installs as a floating floor or by direct glue-down. Follow COREtec's Pro installation guide for subfloor prep and warranty coverage.
