COREtec Pro Plus XL Enhanced HD Canterbury Elm 9"x72" (COREtec Pro Premium)

COREtec Pro Plus XL Enhanced HD Canterbury Elm is a light golden-tan elm with soft, flowing grain. COREtec now sells it in its Pro Premium collection. It comes in an extra-long 9" x 72" plank built on COREtec's rigid Solid Polymer Core (SPC) and finished with an Enhanced Painted Bevel that adds crisp definition between planks for a more realistic wood floor.

The 20 mil wear layer and UV Acrylic finish resist scratches, scuffs, and stains, and the pre-attached cork underlayment makes the floor quieter and warmer underfoot — no separate underlayment to buy.

Commercial-Grade Durability, 100% Waterproof

COREtec's compact, extra-rigid Pro core is built to protect against heavy foot traffic, dents, and impacts — more so than COREtec's WPC lines — and can handle a wide range of temperatures once installed (see COREtec Pro guidelines). The plank is 100% waterproof and won't warp or buckle, so Canterbury Elm is suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, and basements.

Comfort Underfoot & Easy Installation

Each plank has an attached cork underlayment — a natural material that blocks out chills and noise. Canterbury Elm installs by direct glue-down or float, is rated for installation above, on, or below grade, and needs no acclimation, so you can install and live on it the same day. Follow COREtec's Pro installation guidelines for subfloor prep and warranty compliance.
