Marmoleum Cinch Loc Seal Square - Alpine Mist 12" x 12"

Marmoleum Cinch Loc Seal Alpine Mist — 12" x 12" Click Linoleum Floor Square

Alpine Mist is a misty mid-grey Marmoleum Cinch Loc Seal square, a 12" x 12" glueless linoleum tile whose name evokes mountain fog. It is a soft, understated colour that pairs well with much darker or lighter squares.

Best for: small bathrooms, hallways, bright kitchens and light-and-dark patterns.

The Look

In Forbo's technical data, Alpine Mist carries NCS code S 3005-G50Y and a 31% light reflectance value, so it is a soft mid grey, understated rather than pale. It can stand alone in a bright room or alternate with Lava or Edelweiss for a contemporary checkerboard. Forbo has no written colour description for this square, so check a sample.

Why Choose Alpine Mist

• Soft mid-tone: a misty grey that is forgiving of everyday dust.
• Pattern partner: contrasts with dark squares like Lava.
• Waterproof core: Forbo designs the core for daily spills.
• Low carbon: CO2 neutral cradle to gate, per Forbo.

Installation

Alpine Mist installs as a floating click floor over a flat, dry subfloor. Forbo requires a vapor barrier over concrete, 3/8" gaps at walls and fixtures, and in baths a thin bead of mildew-resistant silicone at wet-area gaps. Do not install where flooding issues exist.
