Marmoleum Cinch Loc Seal Square - Seashell 12" x 12"

Marmoleum Cinch Loc Seal Seashell — 12" x 12" Click Linoleum Floor Square

Seashell is a light Marmoleum Cinch Loc Seal colour sold as 12" x 12" click-lock linoleum squares. Forbo shows Seashell alongside Serene Grey and Volcanic Ash in its own room imagery, and its soft, beach-inspired tone helps small spaces feel brighter.

Best for: powder rooms, compact kitchens, hallways and any room that needs to feel larger and lighter.

The Look

As the name implies, Seashell is a soft greige drawn from the beach (Forbo NCS S 3005-G80Y, LRV 45%). Forbo groups it with Serene Grey and Volcanic Ash, a hint that it plays well with cool greys. Because linoleum is a natural material, view a sample in place to see how your light treats it.

Why Choose Seashell

• Brightens small rooms: a light greige square reflects light in tight footprints.
• Kid- and pet-friendly: Forbo markets Cinch Loc Seal as kid-proof and pet-proof for family homes.
• Hygienic ingredients: Forbo cites antimicrobial properties in Marmoleum's natural raw materials, based on laboratory testing.
• Easy clean: the factory Topshield pro finish keeps routine care simple.

Installation

Around sinks, toilets and tubs, Forbo asks you to seal the expansion space with a thin bead of 100% mildew-resistant silicone rather than filling the gap. Leave a 3/8" space around a toilet flange. Do not install Seashell where flooding is possible, such as near a floor drain or sump pump.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can Seashell Marmoleum go in a bathroom? Forbo allows it in rooms like bathrooms when the gaps near sinks, toilets and tubs are sealed with mildew-resistant silicone. Avoid any area with flooding risk.

Which colours go with Seashell? Forbo pictures Seashell with Serene Grey and Volcanic Ash. In squares, it also makes a strong checkerboard with Dark Bistre.

Is Seashell a white floor? No. It is a soft, light-to-mid greige (Forbo NCS S 3005-G80Y, LRV 45%) inspired by shells, not a stark white. Natural linoleum varies slightly, so order a sample to compare.

How do I clean a Seashell Marmoleum floor? Dust mop regularly and damp mop as needed. Forbo warns against flooding the floor or using excessive water.
