Philadelphia Commercial Arbor View (S) 12 ft Grass-Look Indoor/Outdoor Turf

Philadelphia Commercial Arbor View (S) (style #54624) is a 12 ft grass-look commercial turf surface produced in the USA in 100% high-UV polypropylene and offered in two greens for patios, rooftops and indoor accent zones. The high-UV fiber is meant to keep its green in direct sun, and the turf needs far less upkeep than a planted lawn. Arbor View (S) is the green-only counterpart to Arbor View (T), which adds blues, grays, browns and a berry tone. Choose (S) when the goal is a believable lawn, either bright or shaded.

Best for: Patios and rooftop decks, event lawns, hotel and restaurant terraces, children's play corners, and indoor biophilic accent zones.

Colors

• Grass Clippings 00300: a bright, mid-tone spring green, the lighter and livelier of the two.
• Topiary 00301: a deep evergreen close to clipped boxwood, for shaded courtyards or a more formal look.

Pair Grass Clippings for a sunny lawn effect with Topiary as a darker border or shaded area. Get free samples of both greens to compare outdoors.

Why Choose Arbor View (S)

• Two realistic greens: a bright lawn shade and a deep evergreen
• High-UV polypropylene fiber engineered to keep its green outdoors
• American-made by Philadelphia Commercial
• Low-maintenance alternative to planted grass in commercial landscapes
• 12 ft width for terraces and rooftop lawns

Installation

The manufacturer's Arbor View (S) page lists no approved installation methods. Outdoors, landscape-style turf is usually installed over a prepared, compacted and graded base, or on a deck system designed for it, with seams and edges secured for the site. Indoors, it is often adhered as a defined accent area. Your installer should confirm details using the Arbor View (S) spec sheet.

Specifier Tips

On a hotel or restaurant terrace, use Grass Clippings for the open lawn and Topiary for a planter-edge band or shaded corner so the space reads like a real garden. Run every roll in the same direction to keep the fiber sheen consistent, and keep the turf a step away from grills and fire features. If the project also needs a colored accent, the six colors of Arbor View (T) carry the same name and fiber.
