Philadelphia Commercial Biotic 24x24 Biophilic Commercial Carpet Tile

Philadelphia Commercial Biotic (style #54917) is a biophilic, nature-inspired commercial carpet tile in a 24" x 24" module, built from Eco Solution Q nylon on a performance backing and produced in the USA. Its palette is compact, just six grounded colors from olive-tinted charcoal to near-black, which keeps Biotic focused on calm, low-contrast floors. The organic look softens offices and care settings while the dark values stand up to everyday commercial traffic.

Best for: Healthcare and senior living common areas, wellness centers, corporate offices with biophilic goals, hospitality back-of-house corridors and libraries.

Colors

• Character 00400: deep charcoal with a cool green-gray tint.
• Biomimicry 00500: dark lichen gray, softly organic.
• Composition 00505: dark olive gray with a mossy note.
• Collective 00510: nearly black with an olive undertone, the deepest shade.
• Inherent 00515: earthy olive-khaki in a dark value.
• Distinction 00700: dark bronze khaki, the warmest of the six.

All six Biotic colors sit in a narrow dark band with green-olive undertones, so they pair naturally with wood, plants and stone. Request samples to compare the subtle differences.

Specifier Tips

Use Collective or Character at entries and nurse-station perimeters where soil is heaviest, then lighten slightly with Distinction or Inherent in lounges. Pair Biotic with a light wood-look LVT in adjoining pantries to reinforce the biophilic theme. Because the six colors are close in value, mix two of them in a quarter-turn layout for added depth without a busy pattern.
