Philadelphia Commercial Breaker's Point SPC Click 7x48 Wood-Look Rigid Core Vinyl Plank

Philadelphia Commercial Breaker's Point SPC Click (style #5M403) is a click-lock commercial luxury vinyl plank on an SPC rigid core, sized 7" x 48", showing a strong, defined wood grain and clean edges for a classic hardwood look, made in the USA. Unlike the glue-down Breaker's Point planks, it floats on a click-lock system, so it can be installed quickly over most prepared subfloors without adhesive. The ExoGuard+® finish adds durability, and its 12 colors, from whitewashed sand to warm desert browns and dark iron grey, carry the same names as the Breaker's Point 12, 20 and 5.0 planks.

Best for: Office renovations in occupied buildings, multifamily units, hotel guest rooms, small retail and quick-service restaurants, and dental or medical office suites.

Colors

  • Lookout Pass 00102: a light, warm greige that suits most office palettes.
  • White Sands 00104: the whitewashed sand shade, pale and relaxed.
  • St Helens 00214: a light honey-tan with a fresh, natural tone.
  • Salt Creek 00500: beige-gray with a soft, sea-weathered feel.
  • Yaquina Bay 00510: a dark brown-gray with an olive note, slightly lighter in this version.
  • Three Lakes 00512: mid-tone gray-taupe for a calm, neutral room.
  • Pacific Crest 00706: a warm, mid-brown wood with a classic stained look.
  • Falls Creek 00708: deep brown with an earthy muted tone.
  • Grand Arches 00716: a warm amber-caramel brown.
  • Sedona 00718: a desert-red brown with real warmth.
  • Saguaro 00720: dark roasted brown.
  • Iron Mountain 00722: the dark iron grey, the deepest shade.

Because the SPC Click plank is 7 inches wide and the glue-down versions are about 6, use a transition where the two meet. Order free samples to compare.

Why Choose Breaker's Point SPC Click 7x48

  • SPC rigid plank with a click-lock floating installation
  • No adhesive cure time, so rooms return to use quickly
  • ExoGuard+® finish
  • Made in the USA
  • Same 12 color names as the glue-down Breaker's Point planks

Installation Methods

Breaker's Point SPC Click is approved for floating installation. The planks lock together along their edges and lie on top of the subfloor rather than being bonded to it, so a crew can finish a room in a day and furniture can go back right away. A floating floor needs an expansion gap at walls and fixed objects, and large or irregular areas may need transition breaks; Shaw's guide sets those limits. Moisture testing, flatness and any underlayment rules are listed on the Breaker's Point SPC Click spec sheet and in Shaw's installation instructions.

Specifier Tips

In multifamily, float Breaker's Point SPC Click inside units and glue Breaker's Point 20 in matching colors in the corridors, for example Salt Creek in both. For dental and medical suites, Three Lakes or Lookout Pass keep rooms light and clinical without feeling cold. Plan T-moldings at doorways between rooms with floating floors, and set fixed casework according to Shaw's floating-floor guidance.
