Philadelphia Commercial Broad Street 12 ft Urban Industrial Commercial Broadloom Carpet

Philadelphia Commercial Broad Street (style #55037) is an industrial-inspired, 12 ft commercial broadloom carpet in 100% PET polyester, made in the USA in a palette of metal and stone tones. It delivers value and dependable performance for remodels, event spaces and budget-driven projects. The design is part of a matched system: the same look is offered as Broad Street carpet tile and as the extra-wide Broad Street 15 broadloom, so offices, multifamily corridors and education spaces can mix formats and stay in one color.

Best for: Office remodels, multifamily corridors, schools and training centers, event spaces and tenant-improvement projects.

Installation

This version of Broad Street is a 12 ft broadloom; if room widths are just over 12 ft, the 15 ft version may avoid an extra seam. Plan seams along corridors and away from doorways, and let the carpet acclimate on site before installation. Use the method and adhesive specified on the Broad Street spec sheet.

Specifier Tips

For an apartment renovation, use Broad Street broadloom in Cobblestone or Liberty Bell in corridors for warmth, and the matching carpet tile in leasing offices and fitness rooms. In schools, Pewter keeps a classroom brighter than the charcoals while staying practical. Polished concrete or a gray luxury vinyl tile pairs naturally with the industrial look at entries.
