Philadelphia Commercial Cozy Escape 12 ft Printed Pattern Commercial Broadloom Carpet

Philadelphia Commercial Cozy Escape (style #54517) is a printed commercial broadloom carpet, 12 ft wide, carrying a warm, homelike pattern meant for hospitality settings where guests should feel at ease. It is printed on 100% Eco Solution Q nylon and made in the USA. Its six colorways, named after places in Scotland and Ireland, sit in a dark, earthy range of olive gold, moss, charcoal and brown, so the floor feels like a comfortable lodge rather than an office. The wide roll suits guest rooms and corridors where few seams are wanted.

Best for: Hotel guest rooms and guest corridors, senior living apartments and common rooms, assisted living dining areas, inns and lodge-style hospitality spaces.

Colors

• Livingston 17310: dark olive gold with a warm amber undertone.
• Dublin 17320: a deep olive-brown, slightly darker than Livingston.
• Mansfield 17402: charcoal with a muted moss cast.
• Kildare 17410: a dark mossy green, earthy and calm.
• Dalmore 17500: warm graphite gray, the most neutral option.
• Edinburgh 17700: rich chestnut brown for a traditional look.

All six colorways are dark and warm-leaning, which helps a printed hospitality carpet stay presentable between cleanings.

Why Choose Cozy Escape 12 ft

• Printed pattern with a warm, residential feel for hospitality and senior living
• 100% Eco Solution Q nylon print, made in the USA
• 12 ft width covers guest rooms and corridors with fewer seams
• 6 deep, earthy colorways that hide everyday soiling
• Sustainability documentation available from Shaw

Installation

Cozy Escape ships as 12 ft broadloom. Because it is a printed pattern, ask your installer to plan seams so the pattern lines up across drops and to check the repeat listed on the Cozy Escape spec sheet when calculating yardage; patterned broadloom usually needs some extra material for matching. In guest corridors, laying the roll lengthwise down the hall often keeps seams out of the main walking line. Follow Shaw's installation instructions for the approved method.

Specifier Tips

For a hotel renovation, use one colorway such as Edinburgh 17700 in guest rooms and the darker Dalmore 17500 in the matching guest corridor, where traffic and luggage wheels are heaviest. Kildare 17410 and Mansfield 17402 work well with wood casegoods and green or cream wall finishes in lodge-style properties. Order samples of two neighboring colorways and view them at night under the room lighting, since warm lamps shift olive and brown tones.
