Philadelphia Commercial Expected Guest 12 ft Printed Hospitality Pattern Commercial Broadloom Carpet

Philadelphia Commercial Expected Guest (style #54615) is a printed commercial broadloom carpet for welcoming hospitality spaces such as lobbies, dining rooms and event areas, made in 12 ft width. The patterned print adds character to public rooms while helping hide soil where crowds gather. The design is printed on 100% Eco Solution Q nylon, and Expected Guest carries a Made in USA label. Its seven colorways, given Italian place names such as Pavia, Mantova and Cremona, run warm and saturated: copper, amber, bronze, burnt orange and a single cooler olive-gray.

Best for: Hotel lobbies and pre-function areas, ballrooms and banquet halls, restaurant dining rooms, clubhouses, casinos and event venues.

Colors

• Pavia 15200: a bright copper-amber, the most energetic of the seven.
• Levico 15350: warm honey bronze.
• Lecca 15400: muted khaki-olive with a golden note.
• Mantova 15450: the cool outlier, a dark olive-gray.
• Varese 15650: saturated burnt orange-rust.
• Torino 15690: deep toffee brown.
• Cremona 15850: dark terracotta red-brown.

Six of the seven colorways are warm, so Expected Guest suits spaces with wood, brass and warm lighting; Mantova 15450 is the choice for cooler schemes.

Why Choose Expected Guest 12 ft

• Printed pattern designed for lobbies, dining rooms and event spaces
• Helps hide soiling in high-traffic hospitality zones
• Printed on 100% Eco Solution Q nylon
• Made in the USA by Philadelphia Commercial
• 7 warm, saturated colorways with Italian place names

Installation

Expected Guest is sold on 12 ft rolls. In ballrooms and lobbies, a printed pattern must line up across every seam, so the installer should take the pattern details from the Expected Guest spec sheet and plan extra material for matching. Large rooms usually need several drops, so set the seam layout before ordering. Shaw's installation guidelines name the approved method.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Expected Guest a good carpet for hotel ballrooms? Expected Guest is built for hospitality lobbies, dining and event areas, so it suits ballrooms and banquet halls; its printed pattern adds character and helps hide soil when crowds gather.

Which Expected Guest color is the most neutral? Mantova 15450, a dark olive-gray, is the coolest and most neutral Expected Guest colorway. The other six lean warm, from copper and amber to rust and terracotta.

Is Expected Guest printed or tufted with a pattern? Expected Guest is a printed broadloom: the pattern is printed onto 100% Eco Solution Q nylon in a 12 ft width.

Is broadloom better than carpet tile for an event venue? Printed broadloom like Expected Guest gives a ballroom or lobby one continuous design, which carpet tile cannot easily match. Carpet tile is more practical in back-of-house offices where sections may need replacing.

How do I order Expected Guest? Expected Guest has a 250 sq. ft. minimum and is priced per project by quote. A GreenFlooringSupply.com specialist at 1-888-976-8166 can quote the job, and samples are free.

Specifier Tips

Use Cremona 15850 or Torino 15690 in ballrooms and pre-function corridors where food service and crowds are heaviest, and save the brighter Pavia 15200 or Varese 15650 for smaller dining rooms and bars where a strong color makes the space memorable. With wood paneling, Levico 15350 is the easiest match. Request two colorways and view them under the room's evening lighting, since warm prints shift noticeably under dimmed light.
