Philadelphia Commercial Fair Shake 12 ft Balanced Texture Commercial Broadloom Carpet

Philadelphia Commercial Fair Shake (style #54831) is a hard-working commercial broadloom carpet with a balanced, understated texture, made in 12 ft width to keep offices, corridors and shared spaces looking sharp under constant foot traffic. What sets Fair Shake apart is its lighter neutral palette: most of its 9 colorways sit in the light-to-medium range of greige, stone, pewter and taupe, giving brighter rooms than many corridor carpets. The fiber is 100% Eco Solution Q nylon, and Philadelphia Commercial makes Fair Shake in the USA. Color names like Oath, Pledge and Integrity follow a trust theme.

Best for: Open offices, corporate corridors, shared workspaces, education administration areas, medical office suites and multifamily common rooms that want a lighter neutral floor.

Colors

• Conformity 31101: a light warm greige, airy and easy to pair.
• Oath 31205: soft beige-taupe with a touch of warmth.
• Honorable 31302: light stone gray with a faint olive note.
• Trustworthy 31406: a cool, balanced mid gray.
• Pledge 31500: warm pewter gray.
• Avowal 31503: a neutral gray, a shade deeper than Pledge.
• Evenhanded 31504: pale mushroom gray-beige.
• Integrity 31707: medium taupe-brown, the warmest option.
• Agreement 31808: a deeper cocoa taupe with a rosy cast.

Fair Shake runs light to medium overall; Integrity 31707 and Agreement 31808 are the deepest, warmest choices for higher-soil areas.

Why Choose Fair Shake 12 ft

• Balanced, understated texture that helps hide everyday soiling
• Built to keep busy offices and corridors looking sharp
• 100% Eco Solution Q nylon with US manufacturing
• Lighter neutral palette than many corridor broadlooms
• Sustainability and warranty documentation from Shaw

Installation

Fair Shake is produced in 12 ft rolls. Lighter neutral carpet can show shading at seams if drops run in different directions, so keep every piece oriented the same way and plan seams parallel to the main walking path. In corridors, a single 12 ft drop often covers the full width without a lengthwise seam. Consult the Fair Shake spec sheet and Shaw's installation literature for the approved method.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Fair Shake carpet a good fit for open offices? Fair Shake works well in open offices: it is a hard-working 12 ft broadloom with a balanced texture that keeps a clean appearance under constant traffic, in light-to-medium neutral colors.

Will a light carpet like Fair Shake show dirt? Lighter colors show soil sooner than dark ones, but Fair Shake's balanced texture helps hide everyday soiling. Use Integrity or Agreement at entries and main corridors and the lighter shades in rooms.

What fiber is Fair Shake? Fair Shake uses 100% Eco Solution Q nylon and is produced in the USA by Philadelphia Commercial.

Can a 12 ft roll of Fair Shake cover a corridor without seams? Many corridors are narrower than 12 ft, so Fair Shake can often run the full corridor width in one drop, leaving only cross seams where rolls end. Wider spaces will need a planned lengthwise seam.

How is Fair Shake ordered? Fair Shake sells by quote, with 250 sq. ft. as the order minimum. Dial 1-888-976-8166 to price your project, and ask for free Fair Shake samples.

Specifier Tips

In an office, use Trustworthy 31406 or Avowal 31503 across open work areas and step down to Agreement 31808 at reception and along the main corridor. Conformity 31101 and Evenhanded 31504 keep interior rooms without windows from feeling dark. Add walk-off matting at building entries so the lighter Fair Shake colors stay clean longer.
