Philadelphia Commercial Function 12 ft Value Commercial Broadloom Carpet

Function, Philadelphia Commercial style #54908, is a practical 12 ft commercial broadloom carpet made from 100% Pivotal PET fiber for budget-conscious offices, classrooms and multifamily corridors that still need a polished finish. It is made in the USA and offered in nine colors. What sets Function apart is its PET fiber and its coordination with Fact, which shares the same color line, so a project can combine two styles without re-matching colors. Its palette leans toward calm stone, gray and taupe shades with two slate-teal options.

Best for: Classrooms, administrative offices, multifamily corridors, senior living common areas and tenant improvement projects.

Colors

• Diversify 00105: a light stone beige-gray that keeps rooms bright.
• Corporation 00210: warm sandy taupe, the softest warm choice.
• Competitive 00405: muted blue-green slate with a calm, cool tone.
• Goodwill 00505: balanced mid gray, a safe whole-floor neutral.
• Liberal 00510: a slightly cooler gray than Goodwill.
• Mission 00515: deep teal-slate charcoal for heavy-use paths.
• Go To Market 00520: putty gray with a faint warm lean.
• Conservative 00700: warm mushroom taupe for residential-feeling corridors.
• Entrepreneur 00705: brown-taupe, the deepest of the warm shades.

Light stone, mid gray, slate and taupe families make up the nine Function colors. Free samples help confirm the match with Fact.

Why Choose Function 12 ft

• 100% Pivotal PET fiber at a practical, value-focused level
• Shares its color line with Fact for coordinated designs
• Polished look suited to schools, offices and multifamily corridors
• Made in the USA
• Sustainability, warranty and spec documents available

Installation

Function is supplied 12 ft wide. In classrooms and double-loaded corridors, a 12 ft roll often covers the width in one piece, which reduces seams in walkways; wider rooms need seams placed away from doors and teaching walls. Confirm the adhesive or stretch-in method and subfloor requirements in the manufacturer documents on the Function spec sheet.

Specifier Tips

For a school, use Mission or Competitive in corridors and Goodwill or Diversify in classrooms, keeping one family of cool tones throughout. In apartment buildings, carry Conservative down hallways and switch to Fact in the same color for common rooms to add variety without a new palette.
