Philadelphia Commercial Indwell II 12 7x48 Unified-Color Wood-Look Commercial Luxury Vinyl Plank

Philadelphia Commercial Indwell II 12 (style #5722V) is a light commercial luxury vinyl plank measuring 7" x 48", pairing a 12 mil wear layer with a wood visual drawn from the shared ten-color Indwell II palette. Indwell II is designed for design continuity: one versatile style offered in several constructions, so the same ten colors can run from units to corridors. The 12 version is a light commercial luxury vinyl tile for light to moderate traffic in residential units, hotel rooms, private offices and boutiques. Planks are glued directly to the subfloor and carry ExoGuard.

Best for: Hotel guest rooms, apartment and condo units, private offices, boutiques, salons and small clinics.

Why Choose Indwell II 12 7x48

• Light-to-moderate traffic rating with a 12 mil wear layer
• Unified Indwell II color line for continuity across a building
• A 7-inch-wide, 48-inch-long plank
• ExoGuard® finish
• Direct glue for a stable, quiet floor

Installation Methods

Indwell II 12 is installed by direct glue, the method approved for this style. The plank is fully adhered to a clean, flat subfloor, which keeps it stable at doorways and under furniture in guest rooms and offices. Lay planks lengthwise toward the main window or entry, and stagger end joints randomly for a natural wood rhythm. Follow the manufacturer's installation guide for moisture testing, subfloor preparation and adhesive; the spec sheet points to it.

Specifier Tips

For a hotel, put Indwell II 12 in guest rooms and specify matching-color Indwell II 20 for hallways and the lobby; if the rooms sit over other rooms, consider Indwell II Acoustical Pad for sound control. Hazelwood or Smoky Taupe hide luggage scuffs better than Parchment, and Sterling Grey works well with cool, contemporary room schemes.
