Philadelphia Commercial Live 12 ft Light Neutral Commercial Broadloom Carpet

Philadelphia Commercial Live (style #54735) is a 12 ft commercial broadloom carpet built for spaces that want color and personality without giving up durability. Live is American-made from 100% Eco Solution Q nylon. It has a short, focused palette of four colors, three of them light sandy beiges and tans plus one mid taupe, so it is one of the lighter-reading broadloom options in the Philadelphia Commercial line and suits bright offices, schools and community spaces with lots of daylight.

Best for: Bright offices, schools, community rooms, church fellowship halls and senior living activity rooms.

Colors

• Hope 35100: pale sandy beige, the lightest shade of Live.
• Faith 35101: light tan with a soft golden note.
• Love 35201: light honey-beige with a warm glow.
• Joy 35704: mid taupe, the most practical shade for traffic paths.

Why Choose Live 12 ft

• Light, warm palette that keeps rooms bright
• Eco Solution Q nylon fiber with US manufacturing
• Durable 12 ft broadloom for offices, schools and community spaces
• Joy offers a mid-tone option for busier areas
• Sustainability document and warranty from the manufacturer

Installation

Live comes 12 ft wide. Light colors show seams more than dark ones, so plan seams away from windows where low-angle daylight can highlight them, and run all drops in the same direction. Follow the manufacturer adhesive, seaming and subfloor guidance listed on the Live spec sheet.

Is Live made in the USA? Yes. Philadelphia Commercial manufactures Live domestically with 100% Eco Solution Q nylon fiber.

Specifier Tips

Use Joy in corridors, entries and around reception desks, and keep Hope, Faith or Love in private offices, classrooms and activity rooms where traffic is lighter. Pair Live with a darker resilient floor at building entries and include walk-off matting so the light colors stay clean longer.
