Philadelphia Commercial New Bay 12 ft Printed Coastal-Classic Commercial Broadloom Carpet

Philadelphia Commercial New Bay (style #54705) is a coastal-classic printed commercial broadloom carpet, 12 ft wide, with an inviting feel aimed at hotel corridors, guest rooms and senior living communities. Its four colorways are named for trees and shrubs, Laurel, Juniper, Hawthorn and Fruitwood, and the tones match: moss green, sage gray, golden brown and cinnamon. Printing on Eco Solution Q nylon gives New Bay lasting color and crisp pattern definition through everyday wear. With a short, warm palette, it is an easy pick for traditional seaside or New England-style properties. New Bay is made in the USA.

Best for: Coastal hotels and inns, guest room floors, senior living corridors and apartments, clubhouses and bed-and-breakfast common rooms.

Colors

• Laurel 05300: a moss olive green with a warm, leafy depth.
• Juniper 05400: soft sage-gray, the coolest and most neutral choice.
• Hawthorn 05700: golden brown like weathered driftwood.
• Fruitwood 05800: cinnamon copper-brown with plenty of warmth.

Juniper is the easiest all-purpose shade; Laurel, Hawthorn and Fruitwood bring more color.

Why Choose New Bay 12 ft

• Printed coastal-classic design for hospitality and senior living
• Four warm, nature-named colors
• Printed nylon keeps color and pattern clear over time
• 12 ft roll width for corridors and guest rooms
• US manufacturing with printed Eco Solution Q nylon

Installation

New Bay rolls are 12 ft wide, wide enough to run most hotel corridors seam-free along their length. Guest rooms wider than 12 feet will need a side seam, ideally positioned under the bed or along a wall. The printed pattern should be matched at all seams; the repeat and the approved installation method are listed on the New Bay spec sheet.

Specifier Tips

For an inn or coastal hotel, lay Fruitwood or Hawthorn in public corridors and Juniper in guest rooms so rooms feel calmer than the halls. Laurel pairs well with white-painted trim and navy upholstery for a classic nautical look. Choose a resilient plank in a weathered oak tone for bathrooms and entries to complete the scheme.
