Philadelphia Commercial New Trade 12 ft Heavy-Traffic Commercial Broadloom Carpet

Philadelphia Commercial New Trade (style #54795) is a hard-working commercial broadloom carpet in a 12 ft roll width, built in America with solution-dyed Solution Q nylon so it stands up to heavy foot traffic. Its six colors mix neutral and accent tones, from a warm taupe and khaki gray to slate, two charcoals and a walnut brown, which lets it move between offices, education and hospitality without looking out of place. Interestingly, New Trade uses six of the same color names as Multiplicity, making the two easy to pair on one project.

Best for: High-traffic office corridors, school administration and classrooms, hotel back-of-house and meeting spaces, and municipal buildings.

Colors

• Plethora 95105: a warm mid taupe, the friendliest neutral in the set.
• Overflow 95400: slate with a cool blue-gray edge.
• Batch 95500: light khaki gray that keeps rooms airy.
• Out Pouring 95510: a deep cool charcoal that shrugs off traffic.
• Surplus 95520: balanced mid-dark gray.
• Exuberance 95705: warm walnut brown for a hospitality touch.

Plethora, Batch and Exuberance lean warm, while Overflow, Out Pouring and Surplus bring cooler gray tones.

Why Choose New Trade 12 ft

• Built for heavy foot traffic with solution-dyed Solution Q nylon
• Neutral and accent tones that cross over between markets
• Shares six color names with Multiplicity broadloom
• 12 ft broadloom for corridors and large rooms
• Made in the USA by Philadelphia Commercial

Installation

New Trade is produced 12 ft wide. In heavy-traffic corridors, the goal is to avoid seams in the main walking line; in halls wider than 12 feet, offset the seam toward one wall. Review the approved installation method and seaming recommendations on the New Trade spec sheet with your contractor, particularly for areas with rolling loads.

Specifier Tips

On a school or office remodel, use Out Pouring on main corridors and Batch or Plethora in classrooms or offices to keep rooms lighter than the halls. Where a lounge or library wants more pattern, swap in Multiplicity in the matching color name. Exuberance adds warmth to a staff lounge without introducing a new palette.
