Philadelphia Commercial Obelisk SPC Click 12x24 Marble, Soapstone and Slate Commercial Rigid Core Luxury Vinyl Tile

Philadelphia Commercial Obelisk SPC Click (style #5681V) is a rigid core commercial luxury vinyl tile, sized 12x24, that captures marble, soapstone and slate in a format installers can either float with its click system or direct glue. That choice of methods is what sets it apart from the other Obelisk versions. Listed as heavy commercial luxury vinyl plank construction, it carries the ExoGuard® finish and a palette from bright whites through earthy neutrals to bold, veined darks. Six colors make it an easy stone-look option for offices, retail and hospitality.

Best for: Tenant improvements, retail build-outs, hotel corridors and suites, office break areas and fast-track renovations where downtime is limited.

Colors

• Charcoal Sopstn 00938: deep charcoal soapstone with subtle warm undertones.
• Carrara White 01172: a frosty white marble look, cool and bright.
• Beige Slate 01173: earthy sand-colored slate with a light taupe cast.
• Ivory Soapstone 01174: warm ivory soapstone for softer, residential-feeling spaces.
• Gray Slate 05214: a smoky mid gray slate that pairs with most furniture.
• Light Gry Spstn 05215: a soft gray-beige soapstone, lighter than Gray Slate.

Why Choose Obelisk SPC Click

• Rigid SPC core with a click system for floating installation
• Also approved for direct glue
• Heavy commercial construction with ExoGuard® finish
• Obelisk stone visuals on a 12x24 rigid tile
• Coordinates with the glue-down and acoustical Obelisk versions

Installation Methods

Obelisk SPC Click is approved for floating or direct glue installation. Floating uses the click joints to lock tiles together so the floor sits on the subfloor without adhesive, which is quick and handy for renovations in occupied buildings. Direct glue bonds the rigid tile to the subfloor, a better fit where heavy rolling loads or very large rooms are expected. Confirm subfloor flatness and moisture levels per Shaw's requirements, referenced in the spec sheet.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can Obelisk SPC Click be glued down? Yes. Philadelphia Commercial Obelisk SPC Click #5681V is approved for both floating installation with its click system and direct glue installation.

Is SPC stone-look tile good for retail stores? A rigid core tile like Obelisk SPC Click suits retail build-outs because it can float for a fast install, and its heavy commercial construction and ExoGuard® finish are made for busy floors.

Which Obelisk should I choose: SPC Click or Glue Down? Choose Obelisk SPC Click for installation flexibility with a rigid core, or Obelisk Glue Down for a traditional fully adhered heavy commercial tile. Both share the same six stone colors.

What colors does Obelisk SPC Click come in? There are six Obelisk SPC Click colors: two whites (Carrara White, Ivory Soapstone), a pale gray soapstone, two slates and the dark Charcoal Sopstn.

Specifier Tips

When a retail space needs to reopen quickly, float Obelisk SPC Click on the sales floor and glue it down at checkout lanes or other zones with heavy rolling loads, if the installation guide allows mixing methods on your project. Light Gry Spstn and Gray Slate are easy everyday choices, while Charcoal Sopstn works well as a contrasting band at entries or display areas.
