Philadelphia Commercial Park Central 12 ft Landscape Grass Artificial Turf

Philadelphia Commercial Park Central (style #54635) is a commercial artificial turf with a grass look, sold in 12 ft rolls; its high UV-stabilized polypropylene fiber is meant to keep the green intact in full sun, and it is manufactured domestically. Its intended setting is the outdoor commercial landscape: patios, rooftop decks and play areas, with entry walk-off mats completing the transition indoors. Park Central comes in three greens and shares its color names with Launch, which gives specifiers two turf options in matching shades.

Best for: Rooftop decks, hotel and apartment patios, daycare and school play areas, dog runs, corporate courtyards and landscaped terraces.

Colors

• Infield 00300: a rich, saturated green like a freshly cut ballfield.
• Oasis 00301: a softer green tinged with olive, for a more relaxed, natural lawn.
• Sea Grass 00310: a sun-faded olive-khaki green that pairs well with sand, gravel and weathered wood.

Choose Infield for a bright, manicured look and Sea Grass for a drier, coastal one, with Oasis between them. Free samples are the best way to compare the three outdoors.

Why Choose Park Central 12 ft

• Natural grass look in 12 ft rolls
• High UV-stabilized polypropylene helps the color hold in full sun
• Suited to patios, rooftop decks and play areas
• Same three color names as Launch for coordinated turf areas
• Manufactured in the USA by Philadelphia Commercial (Shaw)

Installation

Park Central comes on 12 ft rolls. Good turf jobs depend on the base: rooftops and patios should be clean, sound and suitable for an outdoor floor covering, and seams should be planned before cutting so the grass direction stays consistent across rolls. No method list is given on the style page, so take adhesive, seaming and infill guidance from the Park Central spec sheet and your turf installer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is Park Central artificial turf typically used? Park Central is a grass-look turf intended for outdoor commercial spaces such as patios, rooftop decks and play areas. Its 12 ft rolls make it practical for larger terraces and courtyards.

Will Park Central turf fade in the sun? Park Central is made from high UV-stabilized polypropylene, which is chosen so the green holds its color in full sun. Check the Park Central spec sheet for any warranty terms.

What is the difference between Park Central and Launch turf? Both are 12 ft Philadelphia Commercial turfs in Infield, Oasis and Sea Grass. Launch is described as a performance turf that also works as an indoor or outdoor walk-off, while Park Central is presented as a landscape turf for patios, roofs and play areas. Compare samples of both before choosing.

Should I use walk-off mats with Park Central? The Park Central product description notes that it pairs well with walk-off mats at building entries, which help keep grit picked up outdoors off interior floors.

How do I order Park Central turf? Every Park Central order is quoted individually and must cover at least 250 sq ft. Request samples of the three greens, then phone 1-888-976-8166 to price your rooftop or play area.

Specifier Tips

For a rooftop surrounded by planters, use Oasis so the turf sits between the foliage and the paving instead of competing with the plants. Infield suits play yards and putting-green style features where a vivid green is expected. Specify a walk-off mat inside every door that opens onto Park Central to protect lobby and corridor flooring.
