Shaw Crest 12x24 Matte Stone-Look Porcelain Tile

Shaw Crest Matte 12x24 (Shaw style 708TS) is a glazed porcelain tile in a soft, matte marble-and-stone look, nominal 12" x 24" (actual 23.61" x 11.81"). Its high (V3) shade variation gives the floor gentle tonal movement, so a large area looks natural rather than printed and repetitive. Each box holds 17.44 sq ft, which means fewer boxes to haul for a 12x24. Crest is 0.335" thick, rated wet CoF 0.42 or higher, frost resistant, and comes in three easy neutrals: Fog, Fawn and Shadow.

Best for: Kitchens, bathrooms, open living areas, laundry rooms, basements, and patios.

Colors

• Fog 00100: a white-gray stone that keeps a bathroom bright.
• Fawn 00200: a warm cream that pairs with wood tones.
• Shadow 00500: a cool gray for a modern kitchen or living room.

Where to Install

Crest Matte 12x24 is floor rated, so it can run across floors and up walls in kitchens, baths, shower stalls, laundry and family rooms, and finished basements. A frost-resistant rating lets it continue onto a porch or patio.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does high shade variation mean for Crest tile? Shaw rates Crest Matte 12x24 at high (V3) shade variation, so tiles differ noticeably in tone and pattern; pull from several boxes during installation to mix them evenly.

Is Crest marble-look or stone-look? Shaw Crest Matte 12x24 sits between the two: a soft, matte marble and stone look without strong veining, which keeps it neutral in most rooms.

How much Crest 12x24 comes in a box? Each box of Shaw Crest Matte 12x24 covers 17.44 sq ft; for a 250 sq ft room plus 10% overage, order 16 boxes.

Is Crest Matte 12x24 good for a bathroom floor? Yes. Shaw Crest Matte 12x24 has a matte surface with a wet CoF of 0.42 or higher and water absorption of 0.50% or less, so it handles splashes on a bathroom floor.
