COREtec Originals Classics Brockport Oak 5" x 48" Waterproof Vinyl Plank

Brockport Oak is a medium tan oak with a rustic saw-mark texture. It's part of COREtec Originals Classics, the 5" x 48" plank many customers know as COREtec Plus. Each 8 mm plank is built on COREtec's Waterproof Foamed Core with a 20 mil wear layer, a UV Acrylic finish, Micro Bevel edges and an attached cork underlayment for a quieter, warmer floor.

The narrow 5" plank gives the traditional strip-floor look of older homes and suits smaller rooms and hallways.

COREtec backs every Originals style with a 100% waterproof, kidproof, petproof guarantee. The Waterproof Foamed Core won't swell when it gets wet, and Brockport Oak is rated for installation above, on or below grade, so it works in kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms and basements.

Comfort Underfoot and Installation

The attached cork underlayment makes the floor quieter and warmer underfoot, with no separate underlayment to buy. Brockport Oak installs as a floating floor or by direct glue-down. Follow COREtec's Originals installation guide for subfloor prep and warranty coverage.
