Coretec Plus – Hemphill Oak 7x48" Plank

Hemphill Oak — COREtec Originals Classics 7" x 48" Waterproof Vinyl Plank

Hemphill Oak is a COREtec Originals Classics plank in style VV845 (color 05045): a 7" x 48" oak-look vinyl floor on COREtec's Waterproof Foamed Core with an attached cork back. We list it under its former COREtec Plus name too, so returning customers can find it. It measures 8 mm overall and has a 20 mil wear layer.

Best for: Farmhouse kitchens, older homes and remodels that blend vintage character with modern durability.

The Look

COREtec describes the VV845 styles as ones that “embrace charms of the past and fuse them with modern, natural looks,” and Hemphill Oak carries that idea on a 7-inch oak plank. Micro bevels give each board gentle definition. See the actual color with a free sample before ordering.

Installation

Hemphill Oak can be floated or glued, on, above or below grade. Older homes often have uneven subfloors, so level to 3/16" in 10 feet first. No acclimation is needed. Leave ¼" at the walls in rooms under 2,500 sq ft, ½" in larger spaces.
