Philadelphia Commercial Adrenaline Unitary 12 ft Nylon Performance Artificial Turf

Philadelphia Commercial Adrenaline Unitary (style #54653) is a commercial artificial turf in 12 ft rolls that pairs a unitary backing with a grass-look face of 100% UV nylon, produced in the USA for active indoor and outdoor areas. Nylon gives it more resilience than typical polypropylene landscape turf, so it suits rooms where people run, push and pivot. Without an attached pad it has a firmer, more direct feel than its cushioned sibling, Adrenaline 5mm. One Green colorway is offered, which makes it easy to extend across several zones of a facility.

Best for: Functional-training turf strips, sports performance centers, team weight rooms, rooftop fitness decks and multi-use recreation spaces.

Colors

• Green 00300: a dark olive-green with a slightly cooler cast than many lawn turfs, a practical shade that hides scuffs between cleanings.

Why Choose Adrenaline Unitary

• Unitary-backed version for a firmer, uncushioned training surface
• UV-stabilized nylon fiber for resilience under heavy footwork
• Produced in the USA
• Suited to both indoor and outdoor commercial settings, per the product data
• Matches Adrenaline 5mm in color when some areas need a cushion

Installation

No approved methods are listed for Adrenaline Unitary on the manufacturer style page. In general, turf with a unitary backing is commonly glued down over a sound, flat substrate in fitness rooms, while outdoor rooftop work depends on the deck system and drainage design. Seams are typically joined with seaming tape and adhesive. Use the Adrenaline Unitary spec sheet and your installer to set the final method.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does unitary mean on Adrenaline Unitary turf? Unitary refers to the backing. Philadelphia Commercial Adrenaline Unitary is the unitary-backed version of the Adrenaline line, without the 5mm cushion found on Adrenaline 5mm, so it has a firmer feel underfoot.

Can Adrenaline Unitary be used outdoors? Yes, the product data describes Adrenaline Unitary for indoor or outdoor commercial settings, including rooftop and play areas. Its 100% UV nylon fiber is stabilized against sunlight.

Should I choose Adrenaline Unitary or Adrenaline 5mm for a weight room? Choose Adrenaline Unitary when you want a firm, direct surface for pushing and pivoting, and Adrenaline 5mm when comfort for floor exercises matters more. Both share the same Green 00300 color, so they can be combined.

Is Adrenaline Unitary turf made in the USA? Yes. Philadelphia Commercial produces Adrenaline Unitary #54653 domestically, and its style page gives USA as the country of manufacture.

Specifier Tips

For a sled or agility lane, run Adrenaline Unitary in one continuous 12 ft wide strip so no seam crosses the working path, and frame it with rubber flooring on either side. If the same facility has a stretching or yoga area, switch to Adrenaline 5mm there and keep the color unbroken. On rooftops, have the deck and drainage reviewed before any turf goes down.
