Philadelphia Commercial Be Present 12 ft Patterned Commercial Broadloom Carpet

Philadelphia Commercial Be Present (style #54808) is a 12 ft patterned commercial broadloom carpet whose Eco Solution Q nylon face (100%) sits on a performance backing; it is American-made. Be Present is the middle member of a three-style group: it shares a ten-color palette with the loop style Be Real and the patterned Be Open, so loop and patterned areas can share one color story. Its colors lean toward earthy greiges and browns, with a sage gray and a dark green-gray for contrast.

Best for: Office suites and corridors, healthcare administration areas, college student centers, coworking spaces and municipal buildings.

Colors

• Spirit 00100: a light khaki-beige with gentle warmth.
• Truth 00300: a soft sage gray.
• Honor 00400: a dark green-tinged charcoal, the deepest cool option.
• Power 00500: a mid stone neutral.
• Courage 00505: a taupe-gray of medium depth.
• Wisdom 00510: a dark warm gray for main walkways.
• Purpose 00700: a caramel tan, the richest of the light colors.
• Strength 00705: a medium brown-taupe.
• Self 00710: a balanced greige for open plans.
• Faith 00800: a deep chocolate brown.

These ten colors match Be Real and Be Open by name, which keeps a mixed-style floor in one family.

Why Choose Be Present 12 ft

• Patterned broadloom that bridges the loop style Be Real and the patterned Be Open
• Ten shared colors across the Be group
• Eco Solution Q nylon (100%) on a performance backing
• Domestic manufacture: made in the USA
• Built for corridors and high-traffic commercial areas

Installation

Be Present comes on 12 ft rolls. Plan seams before ordering so the pattern aligns where widths meet, and place them out of pivot points such as elevator lobbies and corridor intersections. Where Be Present transitions to Be Real or Be Open, locate the change at a doorway or a natural break. The Be Present spec sheet lists the manufacturer's installation requirements.

How wide is Be Present broadloom? Be Present #54808 is made 12 ft wide, so a standard office corridor can usually be carpeted in a single width without a lengthwise seam.

Which Be Present colors hide dirt best? Mid and dark tones such as Wisdom 00510, Honor 00400 and Faith 00800 hide everyday soil better than the lighter Spirit 00100, especially on a patterned surface like Be Present.

Specifier Tips

Specify Be Present in a darker color such as Wisdom or Honor along corridors, and use Be Real in the same color inside private offices for a calmer loop texture underfoot. Spirit or Self in open areas keeps the floor light, while Faith works as a warm accent in break rooms. Show the three Be styles together on one sample board for client approvals.
