Philadelphia Commercial New Basics 12 ft Understated Commercial Broadloom Carpet

New Basics (style #54793) is a practical, understated 12 ft commercial broadloom carpet from Philadelphia Commercial, made with durable Eco Solution Q nylon for lasting color and wear in busy interiors. It does not try to be a statement floor; its six colors are quiet grays, a slate, a warm taupe and a brown-taupe that form an easy foundation for offices, corridors and common areas. That restraint is the point: New Basics lets furniture, artwork and branding lead. It is made in the USA and sold in 12-foot rolls for wall-to-wall coverage.

Best for: Private and open offices, corridors, property management and leasing offices, medical office suites and apartment common areas.

Colors

• Preeminence 93200: warm tan-taupe, the most inviting of the six.
• Speedy 93400: cool slate with a blue-gray lean.
• Quick 93500: soft gray-taupe that stays light but practical.
• Preference 93501: a true mid gray with no strong undertone.
• Top Spot 93502: a slightly deeper gray for busier walkways.
• Hot Order 93701: earthy brown-taupe that hides soil well.

Preference and Top Spot form a light-to-mid gray pair that can define zones subtly. Get free samples and hold them side by side under your own lights.

Installation

Specifier Tips

Use Hot Order or Top Spot in corridors and reception, where soil arrives first, and Quick or Preeminence in private offices for a lighter, warmer feel. Speedy pairs well with blue corporate branding. Under rolling chairs, specify chair mats or a hard surface zone to protect any broadloom.
