Philadelphia Commercial Softscape I 12 (style #54684) is a 12 ft indoor/outdoor broadloom carpet that blends 60% UV PET polyester with 40% UV polypropylene for a softer hand than an all-polypropylene outdoor carpet, made in the USA. The polyester in the blend is what gives it a more comfortable feel underfoot, while both fibers are UV-rated for exposed areas. Its six colors sit in the dark range, with a deep green, a navy-slate, three charcoals and a true black, and a 6 ft version, Softscape I 6, uses the same color names.

Best for: Pool surrounds at hotels and clubs, covered porches, cabana areas, resort lanais, spa terraces and covered commercial entries.
