Philadelphia Commercial Softscape II 12 ft Neutral Indoor/Outdoor Broadloom Carpet

Philadelphia Commercial Softscape II 12 (style #54685) is a 12 ft indoor/outdoor broadloom carpet of 100% UV-resistant polypropylene, made in the USA, that resists fading on sun-exposed patios, porches and pool surrounds. Its two colorways are earthy neutrals, a light sandy beige and an olive-brown, which work equally well outdoors and in covered entries or indoor transition areas. Compared with Softscape I, which is a polyester blend in dark tones, Softscape II is all polypropylene and noticeably lighter in color.

Best for: Sunny patios, pool surrounds, covered entries, porches, sunrooms and indoor-to-outdoor transition zones at hotels, clubs and offices.

Colors

• Natural Finish 00100: a light sandy beige, warm and close to natural stone or sisal.
• Peat 00700: a medium olive-brown, darker and better at hiding soil.

With only two colors, the choice is light versus mid-tone. Ask for samples of both and check them in the actual light of the patio or entry.

Why Choose Softscape II 12 ft

• 100% UV-resistant polypropylene that resists fading
• Light and mid-tone neutrals that suit outdoor and transitional spaces
• 12 ft width for patios and pool surrounds
• Also available as the 6 ft Softscape II 6 in the same colors
• Manufactured in America

Installation

Softscape II 12 is a 12 ft broadloom. Lay out seams along the long dimension of the patio or deck and away from thresholds. Because the style page does not list approved methods, refer to the Softscape II 12 spec sheet for adhesive and substrate guidance, and use the 6 ft version for narrow strips.

Specifier Tips

Natural Finish keeps a covered porch or sunroom bright and pairs with white or light wood furniture, but it will show dirt faster at a busy entry. Use Peat at the door and on the main path, and Natural Finish in seating areas, to get the best of both colors. Where the patio narrows into a walkway, switch to Softscape II 6 in the same color.
