Philadelphia Commercial Vecchio 24x24 Italian Marble Look Commercial Luxury Vinyl Tile

Philadelphia Commercial Vecchio (style #5602V) is a marble-look 24" x 24" commercial luxury vinyl tile that puts a modern spin on classic Italian marble. The palette covers far more than white stone: soft whites and grays sit beside greens, golds, warm terracotta tones and deep charcoal, each with an Italian name such as Carrara, Verditalia or Peperino. Built as high performance LVT and glued down, Vecchio is protected by ExoGuard® for durability and easy cleaning. Actual tile size is 23.62" x 23.62".

Best for: Hotel lobbies, restaurants, retail boutiques, corporate reception areas, bank branches, senior living dining rooms and elevator lobbies.

Why Choose Vecchio 24x24

• Classic Italian marble visual in a modern interpretation
• 16 colors, from white and gray to green, gold and charcoal
• 24" x 24" format for an upscale stone-tile look
• High performance luxury vinyl tile with ExoGuard® finish
• Direct glue installation

Installation Methods

Vecchio is approved for direct glue. Each 24x24 tile is set into adhesive over a flat, clean substrate, which keeps tiles tight and level under rolling luggage, dining chairs and retail fixtures. Square tiles can be laid in a straight grid, a diagonal for a classic marble-floor effect, or a two-color checkerboard. A level, dry, well-patched substrate is essential, so moisture-test and prepare it according to the Vecchio instructions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Vecchio look like real marble? Philadelphia Commercial Vecchio is designed as a modern take on classic Italian marble, giving the look of stone tile in a 24x24 commercial luxury vinyl tile that is warmer and quieter underfoot.

Can I make a checkerboard floor with Vecchio? Yes. Vecchio's 24" x 24" square format and 16 colors make checkerboards and borders easy, for example Carrara with Buono or Moresco with Breccia.

Is Vecchio vinyl tile easy to clean? Vecchio has an ExoGuard finish for durability and easy cleaning, and as a resilient vinyl it resists water and spills better than natural marble.

What other 24x24 vinyl tiles do you carry? Along with Vecchio, we carry Novara 24x24 and Cumulus 24x24 from Philadelphia Commercial.

Specifier Tips

For a hotel lobby, lay Carrara or Giallo as the field and frame it with a band of Buono or Antica to recall a traditional stone floor. Restaurants can use Serena or Rosato for warmth near dining areas. Keep darker colors such as Peperino at entrances where grit collects, and specify walk-off carpet just inside exterior doors.
