Philadelphia Commercial Willow Oak 12 Mil 6x48 Clean Oak Look Commercial Luxury Vinyl Plank

Philadelphia Commercial Willow Oak 12 Mil (style #5714V) is the light commercial, 12 mil wear layer edition of an American-made commercial luxury vinyl plank with a clean oak look, sized 6" x 48" and glued down. Willow Oak is a multi-platform design: the same wood visual, with very few soft knots, balanced movement and fine texture through the grain, is offered on several performance levels so designers can match it to each space. The 12 Mil version is classed as light commercial luxury vinyl and carries an ExoGuard+® finish, making it the value choice in the family.

Best for: Private offices, apartment and condo units, hotel guest rooms, small professional suites and light commercial interiors.

Specifier Tips

Use Willow Oak 12 Mil in units, guest rooms and private offices, and specify a heavier Willow Oak platform in the same color for lobbies and corridors. Natural Oak and Rhinestone Oak suit Scandinavian and coastal designs, while Espresso Oak and Bohemian Oak add contrast with white walls. Use felt pads under furniture to protect the finish in residential-style settings.
