Philadelphia Commercial Woodwork PC 9x60 Wood Look Commercial Luxury Vinyl Plank

Woodwork PC from Philadelphia Commercial (style #5743V) is a 9" x 60" heavy commercial luxury vinyl plank with a wood look and three install options: loose lay, perimeter adhesive or a full glue-down. It shares the nine Woodwork colors, from pale End Grain and light Mission through Sawdust to deep Ebony, but the loose lay option sets it apart. That makes Woodwork PC a strong pick for busy corridors, retail and spaces that may change layout. Its ExoGuard® finish protects the surface and keeps maintenance simple.

Best for: Retail tenant spaces, flexible offices, high-traffic corridors, pop-up and seasonal stores, hospitality public areas and spaces over access flooring.

Colors

• End Grain 00100: a blond, lightly gray oak tone.
• Mission 00200: a soft tan with a timeless look.
• Mortise 00210: a warm honey-caramel brown.
• Ebony 00500: a charcoal-black wood tone for contrast.
• Flitch 00550: a soft greige with modern versatility.
• Dovetail 00700: a balanced mid brown.
• Sawdust 00720: a mid brown leaning slightly red.
• Ferrule 00730: a deep, warm brown.
• Tenon 00740: a dark cocoa brown with a cool cast.

Why Choose Woodwork PC 9x60

• Loose lay, perimeter glue and full glue-down all approved
• Wide 9" x 60" plank for long, open wood runs
• Heavy commercial luxury vinyl
• ExoGuard® finish
• Same nine colors as Woodwork, so both can be used in one project

Installation Methods

Woodwork PC offers three approved methods. Loose lay places the planks on the subfloor without full adhesive, relying on their weight and friction plus tackifier where the manufacturer specifies; it speeds installation and makes later changes easier, especially over raised floors. Perimeter glue anchors the edges and doorways only. Direct glue remains the best option where heavy rolling loads are expected. Follow the Philadelphia Commercial installation guide for subfloor prep, moisture testing and loose lay limits.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can Woodwork PC be loose laid? Yes. Woodwork PC can go down loose laid, which suits retail spaces and offices that change layout often; full and perimeter glue are the other options.

How is Woodwork PC different from Woodwork? Woodwork PC adds a loose lay option and drops floating, while Woodwork offers floating instead. Both are 9" x 60" heavy commercial vinyl planks in the same nine colors.

Is loose lay vinyl good for raised access floors? Loose lay planks like Woodwork PC can be lifted more easily than fully glued flooring, which is helpful over access floors. Confirm details in the installation guide.

Where does Woodwork PC work best? Woodwork PC suits high-traffic corridors, retail floors and flexible commercial spaces, combining a wide wood-look plank with ExoGuard protection.

Specifier Tips

Specify Woodwork PC loose laid in retail tenant spaces and flexible office zones, then use direct glue in back-of-house areas with carts. Sawdust and Dovetail hide scuffs well in stores; End Grain brightens showrooms. If the project also uses Woodwork, keep the same color across both so the floor looks continuous.
