Shaw Grandeur 4x16 Matte (Shaw style 420TS) is a solid-color glazed ceramic wall tile in a nominal 4" x 16" format, measuring 3.94" x 15.75", with a soft matte finish. It is the low-sheen counterpart to the Grandeur 4x16 Gloss: the same elongated subway proportions and six colors, but with a flat, velvety surface that reduces glare and gives a calmer, more contemporary feel. Low (V1) shade variation keeps each color consistent across the wall. Among the Grandeur ceramics, this matte 4x16 also carries a frost resistant rating and a break strength of at least 250 lbf.
