Shaw Vision 12x24 Matte Marble-Look Porcelain Tile

Shaw Vision SA951 is a 12x24 (11.81" x 23.62") matte, marble-look glazed porcelain tile, made in India and offered in seven colors, from Calacatta and Statuario whites to Ash. The 12x24 is the everyday workhorse of the Vision collection: easy to carry and set, sized right for bathrooms and kitchens, and rated at 500 lbf or higher break strength. Its non-polished surface (Shaw lists it as smooth) gives the marble look without the glare of polished stone, and a basketweave mosaic in the same palette handles accents.

Best for: Bathroom floors and walls, kitchen floors, laundry rooms, shower walls, and hallways.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Shaw Vision matte porcelain slippery? Shaw Vision 12x24 has a non-polished surface and a listed wet DCOF of 0.42 or higher, which makes it a sensible marble look for bathroom and kitchen floors where polished tile could feel slick.

What is the difference between Calacatta and Statuario tile? In Shaw Vision 12x24, Calacatta 00121 and Statuario 00151 are both white marble looks named after classic Italian marbles; order free samples of each to compare them side by side before choosing.

What grout color goes with Vision Calacatta? For Shaw Vision Calacatta 12x24, a bright white or very light gray grout keeps the marble look continuous, while a darker grout outlines every tile.

Should I choose Vision 12x24 or 16x32? Shaw Vision 12x24 is easier to handle and fits bathrooms and smaller rooms, while the Vision 16x32 covers open floors with fewer joints in a near-identical color palette.

Can Vision 12x24 go on a shower wall? Yes. Shaw Vision 12x24 is impervious porcelain approved for walls, making it a practical marble-look shower surround that needs no sealing.

Design Pairing Guide

Calacatta and Statuario pair with white or soft gray cabinets, polished nickel, and a white grout. Bianco suits minimalist rooms with flat-panel oak and matte black fixtures. Zebrino works with walnut vanities and warm brass. Allure pairs with cream cabinetry and aged gold. Stella and Ash suit charcoal vanities, chrome, and a mid-gray grout.

Add accents with the Vision basketweave mosaic, or browse all porcelain tile.
